We provide martial arts classes for years 5 and up as well as providing fitness training, self defense classes and private lessons. we have over 25 years of experience and we are advanced self defence instructors for NFPS and we are certified with providing BTEC level 3 and level 2 training!
ADULTS KICK-BOXING AND SELF DEFENCE
At our Adults class We teach ERA Hybrid Kickboxing and the ERA Self defence system. Our primary focus is to give you the best foundation possible. Firstly, We will teach you the fundamental techniques like motion and energy efficient footwork, striking, blocking etc, as well as effective techniques to protect yourself in any situation.
Children’s Kick Boxing
We also teach children’s classes. In this class your child will learn the discipline of kick-boxing in a safe and respectful training environment. Not only will your child learn the art of kick boxing but they will gain confidence, become fitter and learn how to use these skills in a self defence situation. Training with us will guarantee a great start to your child’s journey through life.
WOMAN’S SELF DEFENCE
The woman’s only class runs once a week with the sole aim of teaching Woman how handle difficult situations and defend themselves with confidence using the ERA self defence system. Here we will teach: de escalation techniques, effective techniques to defend yourself with and the mindset to use them. Like all of our classes there are no Big Ego’s or anything to worry about. There is a 30 minute period at the end of the class for tea and biscuits/ cake
PRIVATE TRAINING
We understand classes aren’t for everyone but we do offer private lessons in the gym, outside or at the comfort of your own home.In a typical private lesson our instructors will be able to put their undivided attention into your training needs and help you get the most from your training. Your lesson will be well structured and tailored to meet your specific needs, to give you a challenging and fulfilled learning experience. Private lessons last 1 hour.
